At approximately 3:10 pm this afternoon there was a two vehicle accident on Highway 278 W. A black vehicle was traveling west when it collided with an 18 wheeler that was traveling east.

No injuries have been reported. Hempstead County Deputies and Pafford EMS were on scene to assist.
