Hope/Hempstead County Law Enforcement, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Game & Fish and Texarkana Arkansas Police along with many law enforcement agencies, honored one of their very own last night.

After a long and hard battle with Covid-19, Senior Corporal, Jeff Neel gave up the fight here on earth to live forever in the arms of His Creator.

Neel may have lost the fight against the virus Wednesday evening but he continues on in the hearts of all of us as a true hero who has served us all as an Arkansas Game & Fish Senior Corporal for many years.

As the family, community and coworkers mourn his loss, they all stand alongside their long time friend and partner by bringing him home in a noble manner.
