The Prescott City Council met in a special session on Monday, April 24th at  Prescott City Hall. 

Sol Systems LLC, a national solar energy firm was seeking approval to lease real estate property owned by the City of Prescott for the purpose of owning, operating and maintaining a solar energy system for an area business.

After council discussion, resolution 1 of 2023 was approved allowing the City of Prescott to enter into an option to lease and lease agreement with Sol Systems.

No further action was taken and the meeting was adjourned.
