Prescott traveled to Fayetteville this past weekend where they dominated the competition in the indoor meet at the University of Arkansas. Both the boys and girls won the 3A title this past weekend, as the Curley Wolves gear up for another track season, which seems to be a very promising season. It is a complete team effort to win a track meet, Prescott fans have a lot to be excited about in the upcoming track season.

The Prescott girls had a strong showing in the field events, with 6 different athletes placing.      

Shot Put Finals- Jade Sharp finished 3rd and Kailee Reese earned 4th

Triple Jump- Leightyn Hillery 1st place and Zareah Colbert finished 2nd

Long Jump- Mazie Bright won 1st place and R’Moni Johnson earned 4th

The Girls did very well in the running events as well.

4x800 meter relay- 2nd place with a time of 11:50

4x400 meter relay- 2nd place with a time of 4:34

60 meter hurdles- Leightyn Hillery finished in 3rd place and Zyreanna Manning finished 4th

3200m run- Dakota Stout finished in 3rd place

1600m run- Carlee Glass earned 6th place

800m run- Caytlee Poole finished in 3rd place and Olivia Cornelius finished in 4th

400m dash- Deovyun Ross finished in 4th place and Makyla Snowden finished 5th

200m dash- R’Moni Jamerson finished 4th and Zyreanna Manning finished 6th

60m dash- R’Moni Jamerson finished 2nd and Deovyun Ross finished 4th

The Curley Wolves boys team placed very well this past weekend in the field events.

Shot Put Finals- Rocco Patrick won the event earning 1st place and Avery Hubbard placed 8th

Triple Jump- Jakeylon Jones won 1st place and Richard Benton placed 3rd

Long Jump-  Jakeylon Jones placed 3rd and Amoni Tidwell finished in 4th

High Jump- Cliff Davis placed 4th and Carston Poole finished in 7th place

Prescott had a great showing in the running events as well. 

4x400 meter relay- Prescott won the event with a time of 3:53

3200m run- G’mar Britton won 1st place

1600m run- G’mar Britton finished in 3rd place and John Rabadan 11th

800m run- Jayquan Dickerson finished in 3rd place and Jose Ortiz 4th

400m dash- Jaylen Johnson won 1st place and Armani Tidwell finished 2nd

200m dash- Jaylen Johnson won 1st place and Branen Bradley finished in 5th 

60m hurdles- Jakeylon Jones finished in 2nd place and Tiquan Box finished 3rd

60m dash- Jah’Noah Harris placed 4th and Travion Dickens 7th
