Nashville- Prescott traveled to Nashville Monday night to take on the Scrappers in a tune-up game to gain some reps to prepare for the Regional Tourney this weekend in Genoa. All of the Curley Wolves pitchers got some work in on the mound and the team got some at-bats against some good pitching. Avery Hubbard, Talan Smith, Carston Poole, and Dalton Stockton each made an appearance on the mound for the Wolves. Carston Poole blasted a HR to right field, he also added 2 more hits while driving in 2 runs. Branen Bradley had a great night at the plate as he reached base in all 4 plate appearances going 3-3 with a walk while driving in 3 runs. Talan Smith added a double and also drew 2 walks. Pierce Yates and Spencer Hubbard each had a hit and collected RBIs for the Wolves. Prescott is set to take on Drew Central Thursday at 12:30 in Genoa for Round 1 of the Regional Tournament, winner advancing to the Semis and securing a spot in the State Tournament in Lincoln next weekend.
