Prescott holds Easter Egg hunt with three lucky kids finding golden eggs
Friday evening in Prescott's City Park, a little after 5:30 p.m., three age-groups of kids got their running in, picking up lots of plastic eggs in search of the one golden egg that won the prize for their respective division.

A total of three golden eggs were found, one for each age-grouped round.  The winner in the ages 0-3 contest was Keziah Box, age three, from Rosston.  In the ages 4-6 division, five-year-old Noah Xavier Torres found the golden egg. He is from Gurdon.  In the ages 7-10 division, the winner was Slade Hillery of Prescott.

The prizes consisted of Easter baskets and Huffy bicycles provided by The Blossoms at Prescott. Brittany Gray, the administrator, is presenting the bicycles to the prizewinners along with Jamie Hillary from the chamber in the photos below.

Civic clubs and church groups provided free goodies for children under the rotunda. These included grilled hot dogs, chips and bottled water as well as cotton candy. Spoon races and bunny hop races were also put on after the hunts were over.
