Prescott Looks to Stay Unbeaten in Conference Play Against Fouke
Prescott- The #1 ranked Curley Wolves 5-1 (2-0) will head to Fouke Friday night for a conference matchup against the Panthers (4-2) (1-1). “Fouke is real big and strong up front, their defensive line is very impressive”, Coach Glass spoke on Fouke Tuesday morning. “Their tailback is very explosive he’s a game-breaker that if he gets a crease he can go”, Glass on Fouke’s offensive weapons. Prescott is coming off a great 49-14 road win against Junction City last week and are definitely up for the challenge this week. I know I speak on this every week, but Prescott’s front-four of Jamarion Burton, Rocco Patrick, Marshawn Rafter, and Rasheed Muhammed are the best in 3A in the state and look to continue its dominance in the trenches. Also, look for SWARK.Today’s Player of the Week DeCari Prater and the "No Fly Zone" to make plays this week to tilt the game in favor of the Curley Wolves.

Offensively, Coach Glass wants to continue to start fast and put points on the board early and often. Pierce Yates is coming off another great game, Ja’Noah Harris continues to be a weapon in the backfield. WR Jaylen Johnson could be poised for a great game this week against Fouke, his speed should play big this week. “The O-line is getting better, I think yall can tell the last two weeks we’ve taken big steps forward”, Glass spoke on the offensive line Tuesday morning, he is very excited about how they’ve been playing lately. Prescott weapons P.J. Gulley, D’Wayne White, and Spencer Hubbard should fare very well this week as Fouke’s secondary has their work cut out for them. Kick-off for this conference matchup is set for 7pm in Fouke as the Curley Wolves look to improve to 3-0 in conference play. Go Wolves!!
