Prescott- The Curley Wolves scored early and often in their conference matchup against the Knights from Centerpoint as Prescott banged out 10 hits and drew 8 walks leading to a 20-6 Prescott victory. Talan Smith got the nod from Coach McCauley and he delivered a very good start scattering just 1 run on 2 hits through 3 innings of work and strking out 4 batters in the process. Prescott put up a crooked number in all 4 innings including a 7-spot in the 3rd inning to put the game out of reach. Carston Poole sent a ball into orbit in the 2nd inning that may or may not have landed yet for a 2-run blast. Poole ended the game going 2-2 with a HR, a double, 2 walks, and 3 RBI. Pierce Yates had a great night at the plate as well with a triple and a double along with 3 RBI. Caden Dice reached base all 3 times with a pair of singles and a walk with an RBI. Keegan Simmons had a double and drove in 3 runs in the contest. Spencer Hubbard had 3 RBI for Prescott, he also roped a single and drew a walk at the plate.
