The second half was all Prescott as they would hang a 50-spot on the Panthers to win a big conference road game, bringing Prescott to 6-1 overall and 3-0 in conference play.
Coach Brian Glass had this to say after the game, "It's great to come in here and get a win, and then to pull away and take control of the game in the second half."
Pierce Yates led the offense in another outburst Friday night as he threw for 256 yards and three touchdowns, while also earning a lot of tough yards on the ground. Jaylen Johnson would have two catches for two touchdowns Friday night for the Curley Wolves as he was a mismatch on the outside. D'Wayne White had another great game with six catches for 95 yards and a touchdown, P.J. Gulley would have 74 yards on four catches, and Spencer Hubbard had five catches for 49 yards as the receiving core for Prescott were just too much for Fouke to contain.
Jah'Noah Harris eclipsed the 100-yard mark on the ground with 108 yards and three touchdowns. KJ Page had three carries for 31 yards, and Damien Corletto had 38 yards and a touchdowns.
The defense for Prescott locked in about half way through the second quarter and shut out the Panthers for the final 28 minutes of the game. The D-line controlled the trenches, Talan Smith and KJ Page each had great games, and the secondary was lockdown as Prescott cruised to a big victory.
Up next for Prescott is Homer this coming Friday, as the Curley Wolves play host. Last season Prescott won 9-0 in a very physical game.
