Little Rock, AR – The first hearing for Bequette v. Thurston, et al. will be held on Friday, May 13th, 2022 in Judge Amy Dunn Johnson's courtroom. 

Who: 
Senate Candidate Jake Bequette

What: Senate candidate Jake Bequette has filed a lawsuit against the Secretary of State, the State Board of Elections, and the County Election Commissions for both Craighead and Phillips Counties regarding the fact that he was misidentified on thousands of Arkansas ballots. This will be the first public hearing concerning the lawsuit.
