Roc Roctober Fest Covid 19 Cancelled
Rainbow of Challenges (ROC) and PNC POSTPONE annual street carnival fundraiser, ROCtober Fest

For Immediate Release

September 13, 2021

With the raising COVID exposures, confirmed cases and short staffing, ROC/PNC have decided to postpone ROCtober Fest until fall of 2022. This is not a decision held lightly, rather, much thought and contemplation went into the outcome. Considering the safety of our volunteers and community, the cautious choice is to postpone the event.

Thank you to those businesses and individuals who have already shown support for ROCtober Fest and those that have already sponsored next year’s event. Your support is never more appreciated.

ROCtober Fest has been a part of our community over the past 9 years and ROC/PNC is dedicated to see that it remains into the future!

“We are saddened to cancel the event for this year” Jennifer Block, explains “but we feel this is the best course of action due to circumstances.”

Rainbow of Challenges, Inc. and PNC oversee an inclusive span of services for individuals who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in Southwest Arkansas.
