Constituent services is my top priority as Representative for Arkansas' Fourth Congressional District. I understand that seeking federal assistance can be challenging and even frustrating at times; that's why Team Westerman is equipped with highly skilled caseworkers who know how to help Arkansans who may be experiencing delays or lack of response from a federal agency. While they may not be able to guarantee you a favorable outcome, they will do their best to ensure you receive a fair and timely response to the problem you may be facing.
While we are always just a phone call or email away, we understand the value of meeting the folks we serve face-to-face. That's why members of my staff are hosting mobile offices across the 4th District to meet with you in your home county. At each mobile office, staff will be available to assist you with matters related to passports, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Veterans Affairs (VA), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), Medicare and Medicaid, Social Security Administration (SSA), and other federal agency issues. No appointment is necessary to attend.

If you have any questions about mobile offices or other constituent services offered by my office, please call my Hot Springs office at 501-609-9796 or visit Westerman.house.gov/contact to leave us a message.
