Rainbow of Challenges, Inc. will host a New Year’s Job Fair and Open Interview Day on Saturday, January 20, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The event will take place at the ROC Administration building located at 500 S. Main Street in Hope.
All applicants on Saturday will receive a brief interview and are asked to bring personal identification and references.
Positions are available in a wide variety of components and locations at ROC, and many applicants will be able to participate in a new 4-on-4-off work schedule.
ROC has openings in locations such as Hope, Prescott, Lewisville, Arkadelphia, and Delight. There are full-time, part-time, evening, and weekend positions.
Available roles include Direct Support Professionals working with individuals in various settings, bus drivers, food service employees, transportation employees, and more to suit a range of interests and schedules. Retirees seeking part-time positions and CDL holders are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, individuals aged 18 and above with a GED or high school diploma are eligible to apply, opening opportunities for recent graduates.
