LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the following appointment:

Brandon Carter, Springdale, as Prosecuting Attorney for the Fourth Judicial District, which is composed of Madison and Washington Counties. Term expires on December 31, 2026. Replaces the honorable Matt Durrett.
