Casey Hardaway at the Harlan Scout Center on Huckabee Lake. She taught the Boater Education class on Saturday to allow the Scouts to earn their Boater Education Card and to finish Motorboating Merit Badge. The Scouts expanded on the class opportunity and made it into an overnighter sleep-in at the Harlan Center. Friday Donnie Golden cooked BBQ Tyson's chicken and summer sausage. The Scouts also roasted hot dogs and smores. Then the Scouts played games and listened to music for the rest of the evening.
Donnie Golden also brought his party barge for use in the class. Saturday lunch was Dominoes Pizza courtesy of Hope Auto.
