Sealed bids are being accepted for mowing and weed eating the De Ann Cemetery in Prescott.

Bids must be submitted to the Economic Development Office no later than noon March 15, 2023.

Qualifying bids must include proof of $1,000,000 in liability insurance, 3 years previous experience, a list of equipment (including brand and year model) and a list of references.

The bids should be based on a weekly cost of mowing. The number of weeks contracted will be dependent on the weekly cost and the weather conditions.  All supplies must be provided for in the bid cost. The trash must be picked up prior to the mowing and any trash that has been run over during the mowing process.

Sales tax must be paid to the state of Arkansas. A contract will be entered into upon acceptance of the winning bid.  Mowing must be completed in a three day time frame.
