Mr. Ronnie & Mrs. Jeanne Phillips of S. Fulton Street were chosen by Hope Beautification Committee for September's Yard of the Month.  Lifelong residents of Hope, Mr. & Mrs. Phillips are enjoying retirement and spending time in their yard.
