The next ServSafe class is being offered October 29-30th at the South West Research Center located at 362 Hwy 174 N in Hope. Registration deadline is October 18th. The Course, Book and exam is $140. To retake the test only is $60. You can go to    https://uada.formstack.com/forms/servsafe_registration to register and pay online or stop by the Hempstead County Extension office and pay with cash, check or credit card. They are located at 1800 E. 3rd St in Hope. Class will run from 8:30 to 4:00 pm both days. The exam will start Tuesday around 1:00pm.
