Signage on new Hostess bakery to be revealed tomorrow with Governor Hutchinson present

Hostess Brands, Inc. will unveil the official signage on its new bakery in Arkadelphia, Ark., with Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, key state and local government officials and representatives of the local business community.

Hostess purchased the previously idled factory in March 2022 and is converting it into a state-of-the-art bakery. When completed, the bakery will be Hostess Brands’ most sustainable bakery yet and add at least 150 new jobs to the Arkadelphia community over the next three years.

Hostess will host a sign unveiling for state and local government officials, members of the local Arkadelphia community and media. There will be a brief ceremony event featuring remarks from key individuals involved in bringing the Hostess bakery to Arkadelphia.

Hostess CEO Andy Callahan will be present and will be joined by local officials during the ceremony, including Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, Arkansas Secretary of Commerce Mike Preston, Arkadelphia City Manager Gary Brinkley and Economic Development Corporation of Clark County Chairman, Kevin Jester.
