Rachel lives in Prescott, Arkansas and has years of experience in graphic design, community outreach, mural design, advertisement and promotions, and event management. Rachel also served as an AmericCorps VISTA Volunteer and helped develop reading programs in local schools as a part of No Child Left Behind initiatives.   

SWAAC Interim Director, Beckie Moore shared, “The board of directors knew immediately that Rachel was the person for the executive director position.  Most were able to meet Rachel during our last gallery show since she was one of the participating artists.   She already has a great vision for the future of Southwest Arkansas Arts Council.   The board is planning a meet and greet for Rachel after she has been in office for a few months.”  

Board President, Deanna Gilbert stated, “Please join us in welcoming Rachel to the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council!  We are looking forward to working alongside Rachel in the months and years ahead.”
