Hope, Ark. – Returning this year, with not only a new name but a new focus. The
Daddy Daughter Dance has been among the offerings the Southwest Arkansas Arts
Council has presented for several years. This year will be different though. Different in a
good way.

The Daddy Daughter Dance is now the Sweetheart Dance, an inclusive
event that celebrates not only daddies and daughters, but also moms and sons, and
grandparents and grandchildren. Regardless of who you bring, just remember your
dancing shoes!

The Sweetheart Dance will be held at Hempstead Hall on Saturday, February 11 at
6:00 p.m. Tickets are $50 per couple, one adult and one child and $10 per each additional
child. Available for purchase now, tickets can be found at the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council's website.
