At 5:11 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Brightstar, or 9 miles northeast of Atlanta, moving northeast at 50 mph.
Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include… Atlanta, Stamps, Waldo, Lewisville, Queen City, Fouke, Buckner,
Garland, Bodcaw, Smithland, Ravanna, Genoa, Brightstar, Canfield, Bloomburg, Mount Vernon, Domino, Patmos, Lerch and Falcon.
