Hope, Arkansas, May 2023 – Three sponsorship packages are available for businesses and individuals to support the second annual Hempstead County Juneteenth 2023 festivities Friday, June 16-Sunday, June 18. Visibility Outreach Touch Engage South Arkansas (VOTE SoAR) is organizing the event and programs.

Sponsorship levels are Black Futures $500 Carter G. Woodson Pioneer $175  Freedom Fighter $50 benefits include official commemorative Hempstead County Juneteenth t-shirt, recognition in media & prime positions at the parade and as a vendor.
