This weekend, the Spring Hill Bass Fishing Team participated in the AYFT/AYTT Four States Classic Bass Tournament on lake Millwood. Man did our anglers bring the BOOM!!! Not only did the majority of our anglers weigh in fish, but Spring Hill ended up winning first place in the Junior Division and the Senior Division. The team of Jett Durham and Reese Tarver took first place in the Junior Division giving them an automatic spot in the TBF Arkansas Junior State Championship. The team of Blake Townsend and Collin Morris battled it out to take first place in the Senior Division, giving them an automatic spot in the SAF National Tournament on Lake Hartwell in South Carolina this summer where they will be fishing against the best high school anglers in the country. We are so proud of all of our Spring Hill anglers and their dedication to their school and to their sport. We also want to give a shout out to all of our boat captains for keeping our anglers safe on the water. Now it’s on to the next tournament, GO BEARS!
