This weekend, the Spring Hill Bass Fishing Team competed in 2 different tournaments being held in our area. On Saturday, our anglers fished in the Ark-La-Tex Bassmasters tournament held on Lake Wright Patman.

Conditions were tough but the team of Jett Durham and Reese Tarver battled it out to take first place in the Senior High Division. Then on Sunday, our anglers competed in the AYTT tournament held on Lake DeGray.

Again, conditions were tough but Bryson Madar gave it his all while fishing without his partner and ended up winning first place in the Junior Division. Spring Hill also had the teams of Ethan Smillie/Christopher Hernandez and Corbin Overton/Colby Brown place in the top 10.

What a way to spend our Halloween weekend. Congratulations to all of our anglers and a big thanks to our boat captains, parents, and school for the support you give us.
