This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of south central Arkansas, southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

DAY ONE - This Afternoon and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN - Monday through Saturday

An isolated severe thunderstorms or two, with a threat for damaging winds and large hail, will be possible through Monday afternoon across Louisiana and Southern Arkansas. Higher chances for severe storms are expected Monday night along and north of the Interstate 30 corridor. Damaging winds and large hail will be the primary threats Monday night, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.

There will be the possibility for more severe storms Tuesday afternoon and evening across Northeast and North Central Arkansas. Damaging winds, large hail, and isolated tornadoes will be possible.

A mix of wintry precipitation will be possible north of I-30 early on Wednesday and possibly through late week with lows near freezing each morning. Then as the rainfall begins to taper off on Friday, a wintry mix may occur as far south as I-20 in East Texas and Northwest Louisiana before precipitation ends. No significant accumulations are expected at this time.
