Across Allison’s four decades in the insurance industry, he has taught more than 3,000 hours of continuing insurance education in three states and received the Allen Kennedy Memorial Award —the highest award from the BIG I Independent Insurance Agents of Arkansas, of which he is a Past President.

A native of McGehee, Arkansas where he began his insurance career in 1983, Allison served on the city council for 14 years and is Past President of the McGehee Chamber of Commerce, Allison moved to Little Rock in 2006.
The Sunstar Arkansas team now has nearly 85 employees working from 11 locations across Arkansas.
