March 22, 2024 CONWAY – ASP’s Criminal Investigation Division is investigating a shooting that occurred on Interstate 40 West in Conway at about 3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2024. No injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred between the Dave Ward Drive and Oak Street exits. (Exits 129 and 125) Officers with the Conway Police Department (CPD) responded to 911 calls from motorists reporting the incident and worked with ASP to take the suspect into custody. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
