Hope Mayor Don Still, surrounded by the owners and staff of Taco Mex, cut ribbon on the new restaurant Thursday afternoon.

A new authentic Mexican restaurant has come to Hope. Taco Mex, located on 1301 North Hazel, with its rich menu of items and very reasonable prices, has set up its food truck and dining room combo and will be open Thursday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
