The City of Hope Arkansas is requesting the following:

• Proposals for the sale and harvest of up to 800 acres of pine timber at the Hope Airport
• Sealed bids for the sale of up to two (2) aluminum support 50’ x 225’ buildings at the Hope Airport

Timber sale proposals and building bids will only be accepted in a sealed envelope mailed to PO
Box 667, Hope, AR 71802 or in person/parcel to 206 W Ave A, Hope, AR 71801. They will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6th 2023 and opened at that time in City Hall at the above address. Mark the envelope as “Timber” or “Building” for clarification.

Building pictures will be available at www.hopearkansas.net under “Business – Bids and RFPs” Arrangements to view the timber and buildings made through Darrell Allen, Airport Manager, [email protected] 870-722-2512. The City of Hope reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and bids.
