The City of Hope Parks and Recreation Department is accepting sealed bids for:
Kelly Concession Stand Lease
Soccer Field Concession Stand Lease
Beginning February 27,2023 bid specifications for the above leases may be obtained from the City of Hope, Office of the City Manager, 206 W. Avenue A, Hope, AR, 71801 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All proposals received should be sealed and clearly marked on the exterior indicating the project for which the bid was submitted. Bids may be submitted by hand to City Hall at the address above or mailed to City of Hope, ATTN: Amber Murr, City Hall, P.O. Box 667, Hope, AR, 71802. All bids must be received prior to 2PM March 13, 2023 at which time bids will be opened at City Hall. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening is open to the general public. Persons wishing to bid on above items must meet all required specifications. Each lease will be a three-year term. If awarded the lease the concession stand must be open for each event scheduled at the specific complex. This includes but not limited to; youth games, tournaments, adult games, etc. It is to be noted some complexes are rented most weekend including Sundays.
