City of Hope, Arkansas Parks and Recreation Lifeguards  

The Hope Park and Recreation Department’s mission is to ensure a safe and friendly environment for all guests to enjoy.   We are currently looking for a week day pool manager and a weekend pool manager to work the 2023 summer at the Fair Park Swimming Pool.

• Must be available on weekends.

• Must be able to pass lifeguard training and CPR classes. 

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to supervise staff.

• Must be able to learn the chlorine system and properly maintain the pool with help from the life guards. 

• Must ensure a safe and clean environment for all guests. 

• Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
