The Filing period Potential Candidate and members must be Legal Voters in Nevada County. Each Candidate will complete a filing Form upon filing, All Filing Fees must be confirmed with the Nevada County Clerk,, Tammie Rose, on or before Noon Nov. 14, 2023.

The Democratic Primary is scheduled for March 5, 2024 and the General Election is Nov, 4, 2024.
