Hope Public Schools Communications:

HOPE, AR - On October 1, The Hope High School Marching Band, "The Sound of Hope," competed in the Bryant Legacy Marching Invitational against some of the best bands in the state. Band teacher Chris Davis said the band "completely exceeded expectations" as the students earned top marks in two categories, top five in two areas, and a top 10! The Sound of Hope earned:  -1st Division Color Guard, -1st Division Percussion, -3rd Place in Class 5A, -9th place OVERALL, -5th Place Color Guard OVERALL!  

The band will compete next at the Pottsville Marching Invitational in Pottsville, Arkansas, on October 15th.
