The Women in Prescott (The WIP) held their 6th annual Handbag Bingo fundraising event this past Friday, February 23rd at the Barn at Willow Oaks in Prescott, Arkansas. Handbag Bingo regularly attracts women from all over the Ark-La-Tex to play bingo in hopes of winning purses and a featured designer handbag.   This year's designer handbag was a black leather Gucci shoulder bag.  More than two hundred and fifty ladies participated in an unforgettable night of charity. The WIP is a local, non-profit organization that is focused on supporting the needs of Nevada County, with a particular emphasis on children. The organization is led by its president, Samantha Gummeson and secretary/treasurer, Lauren Brown.
