The State of Arkansas will observe George Washington's Birthday and Daisy Gatson Bates Day as an official state holiday on Monday, February 20, 2022. Â
Due to the Legislature being in session, all state offices, boards and commissions in Pulaski County must remain open with at least a partial staff. State government buildings outside of Pulaski County will be closed.Â
The State Capitol will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. State Capitol offices will be open with limited personnel and services.
