Event: Tornado Warning

Alert: ...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM CDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN HEMPSTEAD AND NEVADA COUNTIES... At 1159 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Hope, moving east at 80 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is likely.

This dangerous storm will be near... Emmet around 1205 AM CDT. Bodcaw around 1210 AM CDT. Rosston and Willisville around 1215 AM CDT. White Oak Lake State Park around 1225 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Mount Moriah, Young, Sutton, Cale, Morris, Oakhaven, Waterloo, Laneburg and Reader.
