The Arkansas Department of Transportation is doing a 12 mile milling and asphalt project from Emmett to 3 miles West of Hope on Highway 67. The traffic will be congested through the city limits of Hope. If all possible please try to use an alternate route. This project will continue till approximately the second week of April. The project contractor is Redstone Construction of Little Rock.
