Union Pacific Railroad will be affecting repairs on the Elm Street grade crossing located between Avenue A and Division Street beginning Monday, March 29. The crossing will be closed to traffic from Monday to Thursday, April 1. Please use alternate routes in the meantime and allow for additional travel time as necessary.
