University of Arkansas, Department of Agriculture to offer Mediterranean Cooking School
The University of Arkansas, Department of Agriculture is offering a Mediterranean Cooking School. During this hands-on workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn to cook delicious and healthy Mediterranean dishes that the whole family will love. This hands-on cooking school will feature recipes from Italy, Spain, France, Morocco, Greece, Lebanon and Egypt and some with a Southern twist. 

The class will be offered at 2 times so you can pick the one that fits your schedule. August 15 from 2pm to 5pm or August 19 from 5pm to 8:30 pm. Come by and pay with cash, check or credit card at 1800 E. 3rd St in Hope. 

For information, you can call 870-777-5771. The fee is $10 and you must register by August 9th! Classes will be at the Southwest Research and Ext. Center, 362 Hwy 174 N in Hope.
