Stolen from HWY 67 in Hope around 7:20 this morning

2004 Toyota Tacoma four door 4x4, black roof rack and front bumper wench. Has Razorback Tags.

Vehicle was spotted between Emmet and Prescott headed East (towards Prescott) shortly after.

Driver appeared to be female.
