The Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Victoria's Insurance this morning. The business is located at 310 E Greenwood St, next to Powell's Grocery. Mayor Don Still welcomed the company to Hope and wished them well in their venture.

Drinks, pastries of all sorts and candy was served to guests with balloons and green streamers for decor.
