Volley Saints Suffer Loss in Straight Sets to ACA
Bryant- Tuesday night was a forgettable match for the Volley Saints, as they did not show up to play, and dropped a game to ACA. 25-11, 25-12, 25-23 were the scores of the sets on Tuesday night, as the third set was more competitive. Silbi Jones had another good game, piling up 5 kills, 3 aces, and 2 digs. Baylee Pogue played good and was all over the court, as she had an ace, kill, and dig. Gracy Martin had 3 kills, 2 digs, and 1 ace. Addy Peek had 1 kill, 1 ace, and 4 digs. Savannah Fields had 2 kills, an ace, and 4 digs. Laila Santifer had an ace and 3 digs, and Katie Holland had 1 ace and 1 dig. 

GMCS will host ACA in September, as the ladies will get a chance to avenge this loss. The Volley Saints are back in action on Friday for their home-opener against Gospel Light. This is a young group and some early growing pains were on display Tuesday, look for this squad to show up Friday ready to play.
