Hope- After dropping the first set 25-22, the Volley Saints turned it up a notch and won the next two sets in dominant fashion 25-14, 25-6. Silbi Jones was great again at the net and Gracy Martin put together one of her better games of the year. Westside would win a close 4th set 27-25 to force a 5th set. GMCS would handle business in the final set with a 15-9 win. Silbi Jones had a season-high 17 kills in the match, along to 6 aces, 2 blocks, and 5 digs. Gracy Martin had 11 aces, 3 kills, and 2 digs. Baylee Pogue had 5 aces, 3 kills, and 2 digs. Heaven Garcia played a really solid game with 6 digs, as she appears to get more and more comfortable each game at libero. Savannah Fields had 6 aces, 2 kills, and 2 digs. Addy Peek had 1 kill at the net and 3 digs. Laila Santifer and Brailyn Almand each had 1 ace and 3 digs. Great win Monday night for the Volley Saints and they will head to Lafayette Co. on Thursday night.
