HOPE – Prize and gift certificate winners from the recent Wadley Scan health screenings conducted for the Hope Public Schools have been announced.
Five winners of free health screenings were chosen by the Wadley Regional Medical Center – Hope staff including Mary Storey, Clinton Primary School/ABC Pre-school; Regina Woodberry, Beryl Henry Elementary School; Misti Flowers, Hope Public Schools administration/Hope Academy of Public Service; Wanda Bullock, Yerger Middle School; and Michael Henagan, Hope High School.
Winners of gift certificates to Tailgater’s were Darla Irby, and LaTonya Bradley, YMS; Virginia Moore and Kim Hale, CPS; and Rainna Ghormley, HHS.
BHE Counselor Christi Sullivan won a $25 Martin’s Department Store gift certificate, and Stephen Storey, CPS, won a $25 Walmart gift card.
Frances Hendrix, HHS, won the $100 gift basket; Sheila Hopson, HHS, the $75 gift basket; and, Alvis Conway, CPS, won the $40 gift basket.
The screenings and contest were conducted for the HPS during Heart Healthy Month in February.
