Weyerhaeuser Grants $500 to Hamilton Haven
PRESCOTT — The Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund has awarded $500 to local nonprofit Hamilton Haven.

“We welcome Weyerhaeuser’s investment in our organization,” said Hamilton Haven executive director Michele Hamilton Rhodes. “We’re happy that they find our project worthy of support.”

In both rural and urban settings, the Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund supports hundreds of important organizations and programs in the communities where they operate with funding, time, expertise and resources. Weyerhaeuser made its first charitable donation in 1903 and has provided more than $266 million in grants through its formal giving program, which was established in 1948.

Hamilton Haven, which opened in April 2020, provides emergency, temporary housing to displaced families and individuals.
