On February 15th, 2021 Detective Tillman with the Prescott Police Department was dispatched to I-30 West Bound Exit ramp 46 to assist a motorist that driven off the roadway. While Detective Tillman was assisting the motorist known as Shane Gutierrez. Detective Tillman smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the motor vehicle. 

Det. Tillman then searched the motor vehicle and lead to discovering two firearms approximately 84.75 grams of marijuana, Approximately 2.0 grams of crack cocaine, approximately 0.59 grams of Heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

Mr. Gutierrez was arrest and charged with Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms.
