Prescott- The Wolves (7-2, 5-0) basketball team continues their hot start to the season, as they won another tough conference game 51-46 on Tuesday night against the Knights at home to improve to 5-0 in conference play. Great defense was on display, as the Wolves have done an excellent job all year getting key stops and rebounding the basketball, limiting second-chance opportunities. With their 5-0 start, the Wolves are sitting atop the conference standings.
DeCari Prater led the way with 15 points, as he continues to be a problem for opposing teams. Marketric Mixon poured in 13 points and D'Wayne White added 8 points.
In the Jr. Boys game, Prescott dropped a tough game for their first loss of the season. Braylon Jefferson led the Jr. Wolves with 7 points.
Prescott is back in action on Friday as they head to Bismarck for a big road opportunity for the Curley Wolves, as they look to improve to 6-0 in conference play.
