Yates Dominant in Prescott Win over Jessieville
Jessieville- The Curley Wolves hit the road for their last conference game of the season on Friday night. Pierce Yates toed the slab for Prescott, as he got the nod from Coach McCauley. Yates was nothing short of spectacular on Friday night, as Pierce tossed 5 innings of 1-hit baseball, striking out 14 batters and earning the win of Friday. Pierce began the game striking out the first 5 batters he faced, en-route to a dominating performance. Prescott had a 5-0 lead going into the 4th inning and they blew the game open with a 6-run inning to put the game out of reach. 

Talan Smith went boom on Friday night as he smashed a HR, Smith also added another single and finished the game with 3 RBI. Marketric Mixon had a single, as his bat stays hot, Dalton Stockton and Wes Cornelius each had hits as well. Cornelius had 2 RBI. 

The Curley Wolves are set for the Conference tournament, as they will play Tuesday at 4PM against Centerpoint.
