ASBTDC Hosting Events in Hot Springs, Arkadelphia

Henderson State University’s Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) will host a Small Business Startup Summit Nov. 14 in Hot Springs from 9 a.m.-noon at the Landmark Building, 201 Market St. 

The Small Business Startup Summit will combine two of the most popular seminars, “Starting a Business in Arkansas” and “How to Write a Business Plan.” Together, they will outline the essential steps to start and finance a new business. 

The ASBTDC will also present a “SBA Meet the Lenders” event Nov. 12 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Henderson State’s Center for Economic Development and Community Engagement in Arkadelphia, 640 South 6th St. 

This workshop will teach attendees how to use a loan when expanding or starting a business. A panel of local lenders will be present, and participating lenders and resource partners will be available for networking.
